By accessing or using SpendXRay (the "Service"), including the SpendXRay web application and the SpendXRay Importer Chrome extension (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
SpendXRay is a personal finance tool that helps users track spending, categorize purchases, and manage Health Savings Account (HSA) reimbursement records. The Extension imports order history from supported retailers (such as Walmart and Amazon) into your SpendXRay account for categorization and tracking.
SpendXRay is not a tax advisor, financial advisor, or healthcare provider. The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying HSA eligibility of any purchase and for compliance with applicable tax laws.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You retain ownership of the data you import and enter into SpendXRay. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. SpendXRay uses artificial intelligence to assist with item categorization and HSA eligibility suggestions. These AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience only and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all categorizations and eligibility determinations. SpendXRay is not liable for any incorrect categorizations or eligibility suggestions made by the AI.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPENDXRAY AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
